On the hundredth anniversary of the birth of Negroni, in 2019 we launched this cocktail, dedicated to our city, made by blending 3cl Bitters, 3cl Red Vermouth and 3cl Gin from our production/house.

A refreshing and bracing long drink, mildly bitter. Blend 6cl Amaro Fiorentino and 12cl Coke in a glass full of ice.

Variation on the Boulevardier, made by Vermut del Chianti, Bitter Firenze and 3cl Honey Moon (honey whiskey).

Inspired by the movie Gangs of New York, a Manhattan with 6cl American whisky, 2cl cherries ratafia and 2cl Amaro Nazionale. Serve in a small coupe.
